Prices

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. The price shown when ordering is the total price including VAT. Any delivery costs are added and clearly shown before you complete the purchase.

Payment

Payment is handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by card, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The amount is charged when you place the order. We do not store your card details.

Conclusion of contract and delivery

Once you have completed the payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The posters are printed to order. We deliver to Denmark. Prices and expected delivery times are listed on the Shipping & returns page.

Right of withdrawal

As a rule you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. To withdraw, notify us within the deadline at info@undertheelderflower.com. The item must be returned in essentially the same condition and quantity. You bear the cost of the return shipment.

Exception: Signed posters and numbered editions are produced and personalised specifically to your choices and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal, cf. section 18(2)(3) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

Complaints

You have a 24-month right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Any complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. Contact us at info@undertheelderflower.com and we will find a solution — e.g. exchange, repair or refund.

The right of complaint covers defects that were present when you received the item — e.g. printing or material faults. It does not cover damage caused by ordinary wear, incorrect handling or external factors after delivery.

Caring for your poster: Paper and print are sensitive to light. Do not hang the poster in direct sunlight, and consider UV-protective glass when framing. Avoid humid rooms such as bathrooms. Gradual fading after prolonged exposure to strong light is a natural property of printed art and not a defect.

Complaint bodies

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (naevneneshus.dk).
