Delivery
We ship to Denmark. The posters are printed to order and packed carefully in protective packaging. Expected delivery time is 2–5 business days from ordering.
Delivery methods and prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery — that is also shown at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your poster. To withdraw, notify us at info@undertheelderflower.com before the deadline expires, and then return the item in essentially the same condition.
Return to: Under The Elderflower, Rødvigvej 33, 4640 Lille Torøje. You pay for the return shipment yourself. We refund the purchase amount once we have received the poster back.
Exception: Signed posters and numbered editions are made especially for you and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
If the parcel is damaged
If your poster is damaged on arrival, contact us at info@undertheelderflower.com with a photo, and we will send a new one.
